wow
as i hear of ministers falling and failing, i am overwhelmed with sorrow and relief at the same time.  sorrow over the state of ministers and the ministry, but also with a sense of relief that it is not me.  i probably shouldn't say it that way, but i can so much feel their pain.  and i am smart enough to realize that the same can happen to any minister or worker in the kingdom.  it is the end result of many small steps in the wrong direction.  the challenge is always to take every thought captive to christ, renew my love for christ, my wife and family and my church.  my prayers are with those who have ever blown, messed up, wrecked, crashed, failed and fallen.  we all need christ, all of us.
